Welcome to the ChronoFlow documentation. ChronoFlow connects your Kimai time-tracking data to Bexio invoices, saving you the manual work of copying timesheet entries. This guide covers everything you need to get up and running, from initial setup through day-to-day invoice syncing.

What ChronoFlow does

• Reads timesheets from Kimai using your personal API token.
• Creates invoice positions in Bexio by posting grouped line items directly to an open invoice you select.
• Summarizes descriptions with AI so that dense timesheet notes become clean, client-ready text.
• Group entries by time range, customer, project or activity, so related work is merged into single invoice positions.
